Review and Publications

If your abstract is accepted, you will be invited to register for the t-Forum 2020 conference. At least one of the authors of a submitted abstract/paper must register and pay registration fees, no later than February 15, 2020, in order to be included in the final program.


Authors can also submit a full paper to the conference.

All papers will be reviewed by a Scientific Committee. The decision to accept or reject a  paper will be sent to the corresponding author, along with reviewer comments. If revisions are deemed necessary, author(s) will have two weeks to make them and send the revised version back to the committee.

Reviewing policy

The papers will be assessed on the double blind review basis made by the members of the Scientific Advisory Board. The review criteria will be the novelty and level of contribution, validity of conclusions, industrial or application perspective and formal qualities of the contribution.


Depending on reviewers’ final evaluation, selected papers will be considered for publication in the journals and the book associated to the conference. Any papers sent to the associated journals will go through a normal review process.
