Registration Fees

All attendees must register in advance in order to participate in the conference's activities.

Participants/Students registration fee includes:

admission to all sessions, materials, certificate of presentation, coffee-breaks, lunches (2x), welcoming cocktail and technical visits.

(1) Authors and coauthors who wish to attend to the conference;

(2) All students: Along with your receipt, please submit a scanned copy of your student card or other formal document from the university confirming your status;

(3) Includes all social events.


Note that:

Those who need entry visas to Portugal: If visa applications in your country take time, you need to act the soonest. Once the registration requirements are fully made, the acceptance letter of your paper and another letter in support of your visa application, addressed to the Portuguese Consulate in your country, will be sent to you.

Cancellation Policy:

All registrations, abstracts, and payments made before the conference postpone will remain valid for the new conference dates. If you cannot join us in November, a cancellation request may be sent to the t-Forum registration secretariat by May 31.

In case of cancellation, the abstract and paper submitted will be withdrawn. Please note that registration refunds will be processed after this date. Cancellations received after May 31 are eligible for 50% refund.

No refund will be processed for cancellation requests received on or after October 16.

Entries will only be considered valid after filling in the registration form and receipt  upload. 

Because payments by bank transfer from Brazil to Europe are subject to high commissions, participants from Brazil just need to upload the flight reservation documents (instead of bank transfer copy) when registering for the conference through the conference website. Payment for registration will be done at the conference reception.
