All attendees must register in advance in order to participate in the conference's activities.
Registration fee includes: admission to all sessions, materials, certificate of presentation, coffee-breaks, lunches (2x), welcoming cocktail and technical visits.
(1) All students: Along with your receipt, please submit a scanned copy of your student card or an formal document from the university confirming your status.
(2) Includes all social events (other than the conference dinner).
Those who need entry visas to Portugal: If visa applications in you country take time, you need to act the soonest. Once the registration requirements are fully made, the acceptance letter of your paper and another letter in support of your visa application, addressed to the Portuguese Consulate in your country, will be sent to you.
Because payments by bank transfer from Brazil to Europe are subject to high commissions, participants from Brazil just need to upload the flight reservation documents (instead of bank transfer copy) when registering for the conference through the conference website. Payment for registration will be done at the conference reception.
Registration Requests for cancellation must be received in writing by the t-Forum Registration Secretariat via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations received before or on February 28, 2020 are eligible for 50% refund. Absolutely no refund will be processed for cancellations received on or after March 1, 2020. Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of t-Forum 2020. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
